The overall objective of this open procedure is to conclude a supply contract to purchase 2 single point inflation (SPI) boom sections (2x250 m) to replace the sections which are part of the boom set on board the vessel Monte Anaga. The contractor shall deliver the equipment (2 boom sections, ancillaries and spare parts) to the EMSA stockpile located in Algeciras (Spain) and provide related installation and commissioning services as well as dismantling the replaced equipment.
