The purpose of this contract is the provision of meeting room equipment and maintenance support for the meeting rooms and conference centre. There are 11 meeting rooms and 1 conference centre.
The bidder must be able to provide a full product suite in multimedia systems as well as services that include but are not limited to videoconferencing, projectors, video presentations, sound systems, cameras and interpretation systems.
