Provision of IT services for the helpdesk, maintenance, correction and upgrades related to SafeSeaNet
The objective is to establish for the next 4 years a framework contract with an experienced contractor that can be called in a relatively short time to support EMSA with IT helpdesk, code correction, maintenance and upgrades relating to SafeSeaNet.
Following the signature of the framework contract, EMSA intends to contract in particular in the first year, corrective maintenance and helpdesk, and a first effort in upgrade and development of the system.
