The overall objective of the EMSA’s Equipment Assistance Service (EAS) is the mobilisation and delivery on site, upon demand and at short notice, of oil pollution response equipment, more particularly the availability on-site of specialised Oil Spill Response (OSR) equipment in order to respond to oil spills in the European regional sea basins. This is in accordance with the Agency’s founding Regulation (EC) nº 1406/2002 as amended.

2018-03-09Contract for long endurance and long range RPAS (European Maritime Safety Agency)
The objective is to provide surveillance services through Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS) in support of executing Coast Guard functions. They should have a high level of deployability and availability that should permit EMSA to offer operational capability and provide additional data streams to European Union Member States, Iceland, Norway, to the European Commission, to European Union Agencies and to governmental organizations.

2018-02-14Provision of training courses for Accident Investigators (European Maritime Safety Agency)
The objective of the contract is the design and delivery of training courses related to marine accident investigation and to develop the relevant training material, including presentations, exercises, uses cases and supporting notes. The courses are divided in 2 separate lots which will result in a separate Framework Service Contract each with the following subject:
— Lot 1: Core skills course for accident investigators,
— Lot 2: Advanced course for accident investigators.
