Security and related services for the European Maritime Safety Agency and the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction
The objective of this tender is to find a suitable contractor to provide security services for EMSA and EMCDDA in Lisbon within a building complex which is comprised as follows: the EMSA HQ building (building A), the conference centre (building B), the EMCDDA HQ building including the underground parking (building C) and the Palacete (building D). Buildings A and B are linked together by covered and secured corridors and consist of a total surface area of approx. 10 642 m. Buildings A, C and D are connected through the underground parking area of 6 500 m. Buildings C and D consist of a total surface area of approx. 5 730 m.
