CONTRACT FOR THE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF AN INKJET MATERIALS PRINTER TO THE INTERNATIONAL IBERIAN NANOTECHNOLOGY LABORATORY:
A Inkjet Materials Printer is needed for the development of printed sensors and actuators. In particular, piezoresistive sensors, piezoelectric sensors and actuators, as well as single layer and multilayer electronic components will be developed.
Technical specifications:
Cameras:
Fiducial camera for pattern visualization and drop analyser camera for optimization of the drop formation
Temperature:
The print-head and the substrate holder should have temperature regulation up to 50 ºC
Inks:
It should allow printing of aqueous, solvent based and UV-curable inks
Substrate holder:
Printer area of a minimum of 200 x 300 mm; fixing the sample by vacuum; with automatic angle calibration (θ).
Printing head:
One print-head with 16 to 128 Nozzles (minimum requirement). Diameter of the Nozzle of 25 mm to 35 mm, capable of producing a maximum volume per drop of 30 pl, with preference for volumes/drop lower than 30 pl.
The capacity of the print-head reservoir should be at least 1 ml to a maximum of 8 ml, to minimize material waste.
Printing:
A minimum resolution of 5 mm with a maximum repeatability of 25 mm is required
