Contract for the Supply and Installation of an Inkjet Printer to the International Iberian Nanotechnology Laboratory
Contract for the Supply and Installation of an Inkjet Printer to the International Iberian Nanotechnology Laboratory.
An inkjet printer is needed for the development of printed sensors and actuators. In particular, piezoresistive sensors, piezoelectric sensors and actuators, as well as single layer and multilayer electronic components will be developed.
Technical specifications:
Cameras: Fiducial camera for pattern visualization and drop analyser camera for optimization of the drop formation.
Temperature: The print-head and the substrate holder should have temperature regulation up to 60 ºC.
Inks: It should allow printing of aqueous, solvent based and UV-curable inks.
Substrate holder: Printer area of a minimum of 200 x 200 mm; fixing the sample by vacuum; with angle calibration (θ).
Printing head: One print-head with 16 Nozzles (minimum requirement). Diameter of the Nozzle of 9 m to 22 m, capable of producing a maximum volume per drop of 45 pl, with preference for volumes/drop lower than 10 pl.
The capacity of the print-head reservoir should be at least 1.5 ml to a maximum of 15 ml, to minimize material waste.
Printing A minimum resolution of 5m with a repeatability of 25m is required.
Number of units: 1.
